Bob Buxman has over 15 years of broad-based experience in training, project management, quality management, and organizational development. He has collaborated and worked effectively with the private sector, not-for-profit organizations, and State and Federal Government agencies including the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Lovelace Health Plan, University of New Mexico Continuing Education, and the American Society for Quality Section 1400. Bob holds a Master’s Degree in Quality Systems Management and his certifications include: Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Scrum Master Certified (SMC), Scrum Process Owner Certified (SPOC), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB).
Joe Richers is currently in his 25th year in Information Technology centric duties and currently serves as the Director of IT for Agile Group. He is in his 15th year of training commercial, university, and government clients on COTS and proprietary software, as well as process and project management, and business analytics reporting. His other accomplishments include leading teams in the successful development and release of software applications for commercial and government clients. Mr. Richers holds Instructor/Facilitator certificate from Langevin Learning Services, Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential, Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SMC) certification, and Business Objects Certified Professional (BOCP) certification.

Pete Doles is a retired US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Project Manager and Instructor with over 30 years of experience in project management and related systems. His exceptional ability to understand business functional needs provides him an in-depth understanding of all phases of training projects to include, planning, design, development, and maintenance. Pete’s ability to identify, collect, analyze, and report on training performance measurements allows him the insights necessary to transform ordinary training programs into world class training centers. Mr. Doles retains a Civil Engineering degree, is a registered Professional Engineer (Inactive), and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® by the Project Management Institute.
As the P2 Helpdesk Lead, and integral member of a team of subject matter experts, Christof Deimer established knowledge database solutions to train helpdesk analysts on call handling; developed User Guides for tools utilized by the helpdesk; and established and maintained the Helpdesk’s phone system. At an early age he trained courses in pioneering and orienteering for the Boy Scouts of America while earning his rank of Eagle Scout. He has over twelve years of technical support experience training customers in a variety of products and services within both the Government and private sector, spanning multiple industries, and has consistently achieved outstanding personal and team results. He has held a number of management positions in which he trained employees on various tasks. Christof holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and has also studied education and web development. He is very tech savvy and is a creative problem solver who has experience taking a leadership position and effectively communicating his extensive knowledge to educate.
Beau Butler has a proven track record of analyzing software and systems issues and developing sound solutions that meet users’ needs and solutions to Project Delivery Teams throughout the federal agency he supports. His Helpdesk experience bolsters an already wide breadth of software skills, policies and procedures. Beau joins the Agile team as an instructor with extensive knowledge of Primavera, its application within the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the internal interface within their financial and schedule systems such as CEFMS and other USACE Automated Information Systems. Beau has more than eight years of experience in the IT Industry and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
