Britain Harvey is the President and a founding member of Agile Group, where his primary responsibilities range from leading the recruitment and development of new business opportunities, to project management oversight and the development of Agile’s strategic vision for the future. As a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Britain has applied his years of direct project management and controls experience to Agile projects, all the while continuously seeking ways to improve the project lifecycle. With over 25 years of experience in project management and controls, process development, business development, quality management and software development, Britain has built a proven track record of translating innovative business concepts into profitable business models, new products, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships that enhance the value of Agile to both clients and project stakeholders.

Britain holds a B.B.A. and M.B.A from the University of New Mexico. In addition to his Six Sigma Green Belt certification, he is a certified Senior Malcolm Baldrige Examiner and ISO 9001:2000 Senior Auditor.

Maria Hanners

Senior Principal

Maria Canales-Hanners is the Owner and certified US SBA 8(a) participant, and founding member of Agile Group.   She retains the responsibility of Contracting Officer and Operations Manager of Agile Group where she brings over twenty years of experience in a wide variety of managerial and functional skills to her role in leading all firm contracting and operational functions, including proposal responses, billing rate development and G&A calculations. Her development of Agile Group’s contract taxonomy has identified levels of risk, complexity, standardization, negotiation cycle times and volumes, which ultimately enabled a significant increase in the number of procured contracts for the company. Additionally, Maria is well versed in all government contracting requirements to include, but not limited to, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Maria holds a B.B.A. from the University of New Mexico and has received certification and training from the Global Institute for Leadership Development, Legal, Employment and Labor Law Certifications, FLSA Regulation Update, University of New Mexico Management Development Center and Quality of New Mexico Baldrige for Executives.

Joseph Richers

Director of Information Technology

A highly dedicated and skilled professional, Joe Richers brings over 20 years of information technology experience and honed training ability. Mr. Richers exemplifies responsibility and commitment in the delivery of products and services towards the achievement of successful project outcomes. Mr. Richers’ unwavering perseverance has enabled him to attain multiple certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and SAP Business Objects Certified Professional (BOCP).

Mr. Richers has an innovative approach and enthusiasm toward his work and continually seeks methods of improvement and growth. His many years of management and information systems experience have enabled him to take a core leadership position throughout his career.

Josephine Vasiljevic

Director of Federal Programs

Josephine Vasiljevic is the Director of Federal Programs at Agile Group, bringing over 12 years of experience to her role in directing Agile’s project and program management, enterprise-wide training, document management and organizational development. Josephine has served Agile Group in a number of positions prior to her appointment as Director of Federal Programs, including as a Communications Specialist, Program Manager, Technical Trainer and Senior Business Analyst. With this plethora of functional experience and certification as a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional, Josephine is an expert in the project management industry and provides value to Agile Group’s clients with her expertise in human relations, organization and communication, including fluency in multiple languages

Josephine holds a B.A. in French and International Business along with a B.L.A. in Strategic Organizational Communication from the University of New Mexico. She is a certified Scrum Master, Developer, and Product Owner; Facilitator and Instructor.

Sara Tibbetts

Director

Sara Tibbetts is a Director at Agile Group bringing over 15 years of budget and business development experience to her role in providing program management services to multi-billion dollar Customs and Border Protection (CBP) programs, as well as directing projects supporting CBP’s financial analysis, program management and business development processes. She currently leads a team of contractors in support of all areas of operations and provides integration services by developing and applying metrics to CBP’s current tools and systems. Additionally, Sara lends program management and deployment services and expertise to a team of Program, Project and Financial Analysts and Administrative Support teams on multiple contracts, providing Agile Group’s clients with unparalleled project management expertise.

Sara holds a B.A. in Political Science from Marquette University.

Alex Watts

Director

Alexander Watts is a Director at Agile Group bringing over 10 years of project management experience to the company’s support of two multi-billion-dollar Customs and Border Protection (CBP) programs, including the development and updating of Lifecycle Cost Estimates, Cost Estimating Baseline Documents, Acquisition Plans, Alternatives Analysis and other support documentation. In addition to directing projects supporting CBP’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Accountability processes, he is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and subject matter expert on CBP systems and processes such as INVEST, TRIRIGA and CPIC. With this wealth of experience, Alexander has a proven track record of providing Agile Group’s clients with innovative solutions to improve organizational performance.

Alexander holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the University of Miami and a M.A. in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University, and served in the U.S. Peace Corps.

Ann Bagan

Project Manager

Mrs. Bagan is a dynamic and dedicated communications and task management professional with over 14 years of experience. She is recognized for communicating effectively at various levels and acting as a liaison between her client and various business partners and stakeholders. She has a proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines efficiently and demonstrates an innate ability to implement tasking process policies and procedures to facilitate a smooth workflow. Mrs. Bagan is adept at making and delivering effective presentations on various topics. She is also known for providing discreet and confidential administrative support to leadership, while effectively interacting with all levels of administrators, clients and stakeholders.

Mrs. Bagan holds Bachelor of Arts, Communication, from George Mason University.
