PROMIS (P2) and Scheduling Support

Strategic Communications

US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE)

Project

Agile Group collaborated with government-based agencies to coordinate, plan, and design programs and projects. We conducted project updates, maintained communications with stakeholders, and handled data management.

Program

We utilized Business Objects® Certified Professionals experts to build a dozen Business Objects® Universes. We supported the report creation, training, documentation, and QA/QC for multimillion-dollar programs.

System Administration

We leveraged our expertise with Primavera and PROMIS/P2, by using USACE reporting (BOXI) and scheduling systems to assist with front line system administration.

Quality Assurance

We scheduled and applied quality checkpoints, presented monthly Quality Performance Reviews (QPR), and collaborated with our customers to ensure strict adherence to contract deliverables.

Agile Group’s Project Management Institute (PMI®) certification was a driving force throughout this project. We conducted timely project updates, supported all data input, edited, stored, and conducted validation and verification of scheduling statistics to ensure accurate maintenance and revisions as required. We also supported services to the USACE user community, and assured consistent, reliable functionality of all modules including PMBP, ePMP and OFA.

As a part of our service, we supported training initiatives on the proper use of PROMIS/P2 and how to follow established policies and procedures. We used multiple training delivery methods, including comprehensive training materials, collaborative learning aids and informal instructor-facilitated discussions regarding real-world application.

Agile Group taught, coached and assisted personnel in the use of PROMIS/P2 modules and data transfers. We also created step-by-step instructions in User Manual documents for User Guide Site and/or Training Portal use.

We retain a deep relationship working with the U.S. Federal Government, including Customs and Border Protection and USACE.
