About PROMIS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Program and Project Management Information System (PROMIS, also known as “P2”) is a fundamental tool in the effective management of USACE programs, thus is critical to project delivery. Every member of the program and project management community benefits from an understanding of this nuanced system, which integrates USACE-specific Project Delivery Business Processes (PDBP) in support of the efficient management of a multi-billion-dollar global portfolio of projects.

From the executive to the novice user, this course provides an in-depth demonstration of how to use the most valuable features of the CMI application. Users will identify the sources of origin for project data and learn to leverage project datasheets for effective project management and reporting.

Introduction to Network Activity Scheduling

For Primavera users looking to expand their knowledge and skillset within scheduling, this course begins with fundamental schedule management knowledge and schedule development in Primavera, then walks through industry best practices such as baselining and critical path method.
